The course is designed for self-study at a time convenient for you. Each lesson includes theoretical material in the form of videos and tests for consolidation and repetition of lessons. Also included are a choice of video clips for teaching meditation. Meditation is a journey deep into yourself in order to rediscover yourself. Meditating means devoting some time to quiet reflection, in silence, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. At this time we are able to concentrate on the main thing. The rhythm of life accelerates more and more, and we lose touch with the peace and strength that is hidden within us. And when this stability is lost, we feel as if we are being pushed and pulled in different directions. At such moments, we begin to feel confused and stressed. And over time, this leads to illness, and our mental, emotional and physical health goes out of balance.
