
About Course
Each lesson is accompanied by numerous comments, helping you to perform the exercises correctly. A very important part of yoga is proper breathing during exercises, so special attention is paid to this aspect. The point of this course is to complete the suggested exercises at your own pace, practicing two to three times a week. Each lesson is a self-contained practice and must be completed from beginning to end. It is recommended to complete each practice by lying on your back with your eyes closed (shavasana), until completely relaxed. After yoga practice, it is recommended to rehydrate your body by drinking a glass of water or green tea.
