About Course

This lesson is intended for those who decided to stand on the Sadhu Boards, but do not know where to start; perhaps they stood for a few seconds, but immediately got off. I will tell you my method, and today you can experience this wonderful practice for yourself. I recommend practicing in the first half of the day, starting, for example, at 8-10 o’clock.
