This practice balances and harmonizes three important components of our life: body, mind and soul. The work will be carried out at three levels, but of course, this depends on the intention set, the duration and regularity of practice. The more asanas used, the more time the body has time to work out, but the fewer asanas and the more cycles, the more meditative the complex.
