About Course

In this video I offer a healthy diet constructor using one of the simplest and most understandable ways to create a balanced diet. This method does not use scales, grams, there are no rigid menus or a specific calorie level at which you will starve. No! This method involves getting to know your body, learning your norms through creating a complete and healthy diet yourself.

What Will You Learn?

  • in the course you will find a constructor for each meal (breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner) from the most familiar and standard products;
  • - a brief, concise, but accessible theory of practically applicable nutritional science - principles of healthy nutrition that are necessary at the level of your family and children’s nutrition

  • - you will find many video recipes from healthy, living, maximum nutritionally valuable products for every meal;
